Why should someone hire a coach?  Simply stated.  There is more to life!

Coaching is designed to help you discover what you want out of life, calls you to action, leaves you with an inspiring vision mission and values for your life, work and health as well as re-discovered passion & practical tools to live it out. Along the way, each persons path is their own.  Through a multi-dimensional process, we will utilize implementation tools, insight, and empathetic hands on support.  We will touch on all areas & roles of life while focusing on the ones you want.  Each program includes Get Mapped Assessment©, workbook planner, and 3 starter books.  There will be books to read, action assignments to complete, and life to start living.

Training/Coaching Opportunities:

1.  Life + Health + Fitness + Work  ~ Eighteen, 50 minute sessions and Four, 25 minute sessions One-on-One, Lunch Infused, Monthly Pep Talk, Three, 50 minute workshops, FREE Total Makeover Seminar, and One F.I.T.T. group   $4600                     
Here you get it all!  Definitely, the best value package.  This program is for those serious about succes, creating balance & discovering your own unique way of living out sustainable lifestyle change in life, work and health.   vision, mission, values, eliminating energy drains, embracing & gaining insight into feelings, repositioning beliefs, as well as defining & developing your best strategies to live out a life you desire.  20 indepth coaching sessions focusing on life, work &  health, PLUS 4 more sessions and 3 workshops to redefine, pull it all together, create balance and discovering your own unique way of living it out!  Each program life, work and health will lead you through an intensive coach based curriculum.  These Sessions are held biweekly or monthly.  

 2.  Life  ~ Twelve, 50 minute sessions  One-on-One, Lunch Infused, Monthly Pep Talk PLUS Two, 50 minute workshops, and One F.I.T.T. group  $2000

3.  Life + Health + Fitness ~ Six, 50 minute session One-on-One, Lunch Infused, Monthly Pep Talk PLUS Free Transformational Kit, Two, 60 minute workshops & F.I.T.T. group $525
This program includes personal training, life coaching, dietary conditioning, healthy body image profiling,.   
This class will leave you with clarity on what type of healthy lifestyle will work for you, an understanding of food, exercise and the best kind for you & your body, where you want to go and tools to get you there, and simplistic ways to making sustainable lifestyle shifts to reach the goals you desire.  Burn fat & gain lean muscle fast!  Intensive fitness training where you engage, experience & exercise. 

4.  Fitness ~  30 days of training for $700, 4 sessions $295 OR individual sessions available $80 ($55 for follow up workouts) 
Learn from a personal trainer who knows how to get you results & is an expert at teaching you to maintaining it!  Efficient, effective exercise is what you will learn here.  You will rave about how much easier your workouts are, more effective & spend  less time doing it!  Burn fat & gain lean muscle fast!  Preferred 50 minute sessions to start.  Follow up sessions preferred monthly to quarterly in order to continue maximizing your workouts & maintaining the results your want.
